Vijay Chalke
Vijay Chalke is the Founder of TrustTattva Financial Services and brings more than two decades of experience across accounts receivable, corporate collections, credit management and financial operations.
Beginning his career in accounting and finance, Vijay progressively specialised in corporate collections and receivables management, working across South and West India and subsequently leading collections functions and teams.
His professional journey includes roles with organisations such as Dun & Bradstreet Information Services India, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Transasia Bio-Medicals, Fosroc Chemical India, Aramark Patman Services and Express-it Logistics Worldwide.
Over the years, he has managed large receivables portfolios, developed collection strategies, negotiated payment plans, handled customer disputes, worked alongside legal teams and implemented reporting and performance-monitoring processes.
This hands-on experience now forms the operational foundation of TrustTattva Financial Services.
Rakesh Chauhan
Rakesh Chauhan is the Co-Founder and brings over 25 years of experience across accounts receivable, credit control, collections, cash application and financial operations.
His professional journey includes key finance roles with organisations such as Thermo Fisher Scientific, Life Technologies, General Dynamics Satcom Technologies and Fosroc Chemicals, where he worked extensively on receivables management, customer reconciliations, process controls, SLA compliance and cash-flow improvement.
At TrustTattva Financial Services, Rakesh focuses on B2B receivables management, collections strategy and financial process improvement, bringing a disciplined and process-driven approach to helping businesses strengthen cash flow and collections performance.
